Agave Strategy: Field Manager - Arizona Campaigns LOCATION AZ SALARY $30 - $30 (Hourly) SECOND LANGUAGE Spanish — Second Language Preferred COMPANY Agave Strategy DEPARTMENT Organizing EMPLOYMENT TYPE Consulting Firm MINIMUM LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE Entry Level JOB DESCRIPTION Duties & Responsibilities: Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings with Agave Field Director and campaign leads Executing a training plan for all field staff Verification of field staff hours Reporting comprehensive field event metrics and efficacy to staff Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous campaign field experience, including VAN turf and list creation, canvassing, community organizing, and voter outreach Experience leading organizers Experience executing a campaign plan or parts of a campaign plan Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives Proactive, positive, reliable and punctual Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required Must work evenings and weekends Must have reliable transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
