Tax Operations Administrator

To support the operations of a growing tax services organization, the full-time remote Tax Operations Administrator will manage client engagement, oversee tax systems data setup, and optimize workflow management to enhance client and advisor satisfaction. Key responsibilities Engage with clients and financial advisory teams to clarify tax operations processes and ensure necessary documentation is available Manage the workflow of tax operations, including the tracking and signing of Engagement Letters and processing client tax documents Assist in defining and implementing process improvements within tax operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of tax operations administration experience Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, Salesforce, and CCH Axcess Document Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously Proficient in using AI and digital tools for operational efficiency
