I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of five. I began my State Farm career in 2011 as a team member before earning the opportunity to become an agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, married with three daughters, and enjoy golfing, fishing, hunting, spending time at the lake, and making memories with my family.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Cody Guyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
