Key Responsibilities Manage core month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and prepaid schedules. Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variances to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist with financial statement preparation and internal reporting. Help identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls as the company grows. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, FP&A, and leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making. Participate in audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Solid understanding of foundational accounting principles and close processes. Experience with journal entries, accruals, prepaids, intercompany activity, and payables workflows. Ability to work independently when needed while also thriving in a team environment. Self-starter mentality-driven, proactive, and eager to learn and grow. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
