Data Scientist

Role Description

We are looking for a Data Scientist. This role is focused on delivering end-to-end data science solutions that generate measurable business value. The Data Scientist will lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML initiatives, including:

• Initial data acquisition and exploration
• Model development and deployment
• Long-term operational monitoring

Working closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and domain experts, the role involves:

• Designing predictive models
• Creating probabilistic frameworks
• Developing advanced analytics solutions embedded into production systems

A key part of the role extends beyond deployment, requiring:

• Ongoing validation of model performance in real-world environments
• Identifying gaps through Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis
• Defining continuous improvement roadmaps

The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure AI/ML solutions remain effective and aligned with evolving business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in data science and machine learning
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering
