Lab Technician II

Where the Work Is On‑Site (5 days) What’s In It For You This HVAC Lab Technician II will be responsible for analyzing oil, refrigerant, and absorption samples to determine suitability for continued use for in‑services commercial HVAC equipment. This is a 1st shift position (6 am‑4:30 pm) Monday‑Thursday. What You Will Do Lead by example in workplace safety, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Analyze in‑use oil and refrigerant to identify potential failures and make recommendations for corrective action for commercial HVAC equipment. Develop subject matter expertise in test standards and support the creation and improvement of test procedures. What You Will Bring Associate’s degree in chemistry (or related field) and at least 1 year of relevant lab work experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required. Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
