Customer Support Specialist
LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to identify a Customer Support Specialist for an immediate contract opportunity in Northbrook, IL. What You'll Do
- Process and review customer orders received via email and phone
- Support a high-volume retail account, with occasional assistance on additional accounts
- Coordinate with transportation partners to ensure timely order delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve order-related issues
- Maintain accurate records, customer information, and detailed notes
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service, customer support, or order management experience preferred
- SAP and/or Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Hybrid schedule: Remote on Mondays and Fridays, onsite Tuesday-Thursday
