Key Responsibilities Include Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real time Observe residents during and after medication passes Monitor symptoms and administer medications for relief as ordered Report refusals or concerns promptly Complete narcotic counts and maintain organized medication areas Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Qualifications And Skills High School Diploma/GED, 18+ years old Certification in Medication Administration CPR and First Aid certifications Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred experience in senior care This role plays a vital part in resident safety, early health change detection, and medication error prevention, contributing to a high standard of resident care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
