XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is NOW HIRING for a Warehouse Supervisor!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 Hourly

Schedule : Monday to Friday 6:30 am - 4:30 pm (Must be flexible with schedule)

Location: Warehouse in the Pineville, LA 71360

Position Summary
The Warehouse Floor Supervisor oversees temporary warehouse employees, ensuring productivity, safety, attendance, and compliance with company policies while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor temporary warehouse employees.
Take daily attendance and manage employee call-offs.
Assign work and ensure employees remain productive.
Enforce PPE and safety policy compliance.
Conduct routine floor walks and safety inspections.
Coach employees on performance and workplace expectations.
Issue verbal and written disciplinary warnings as needed.
Maintain communication with warehouse management and staffing agencies.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while wearing required PPE.
