Asst Manager Reporting

Job Summary The Assistant Reporting Manager will support the Director of Finance, Senior Reporting Manager, and Marketing & Sales Leadership in all aspects of reporting. This role assists the Marketing Leadership teams in achieving their objectives and goals by managing marketing production reporting, database management, and analytical processes that influence decision‑making for leadership. Key Responsibilities Design, modify, and manage all Call Center databases to meet changing business needs, including associate data related to production/performance, attendance/utilization, commissions, turnover reports, and staffing information. Analyze and report Call Center production metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; apply knowledge of Call Center metrics and calculations to support business leaders. Perform full analysis on reports to ensure accuracy and recommend process improvements. Maintain highly confidential information and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist the Director of Finance with period, quarter, and year‑end closing procedures. Process Accounts Payable invoices and obtain approvals from the Director of Finance. Update production databases daily within timetables and guidelines. Report on hourly compensation metrics and prepare hourly payroll commissions. Conduct LDR hourly commission audits and audit/research the Preview package pipeline on a periodic basis. Organize and sort data to determine trends; partner with Marketing managers to resolve issues and follow up to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Manage the gift card process, including inventory management and payroll taxation compliance. Administer OTM menu setups, including new hire and terminated OTM associate profiles (create IDs, modify views). Oversee vendor‑handled marketing refunds, check requests, bank disputes, and off‑property invoices; maintain relationships with off‑property parties and resolve invoice issues. Maintain marketing audit reports. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or related field experience preferred. Experience: 2+ years in reporting, auditing, and/or business operations. Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word; knowledge of MVWC internal reporting software such as Salesforce. Preferred experience: Marketing Operations or Call Center operations. Skills & Attributes: Able to work under pressure in a deadline‑oriented environment; manage multiple tasks and priorities; analytical and organized; excellent communication skills.
