IT Systems Analyst (G&A Applications)

Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Systems Analyst to support and optimize core Finance and G&A systems, including Coupa and NetSuite. This role connects IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Compliance, combining system administration, integration ownership, and SOX-compliant controls in a regulated biotech environment. Experience 5–8+ years in IT Systems or enterprise applications roles Hands‑on NetSuite experience (required) Coupa system administration experience (required) Experience supporting Finance and G&A systems Technical Skills Experience with APIs, SFTP, and system integrations Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills Familiarity with system configuration and workflows Compliance & Controls Experience with SOX controls and audit processes Exposure to regulated environments (biotech/pharma preferred) Serve as primary administrator for Coupa and key NetSuite modules Support Concur and ADP (Payroll) applications Manage workflows, configurations, and user access (roles and permissions) Provide technical support to system users G&A Systems Support & Business Partnership Act as IT partner to Finance, Procurement, HR, and Legal teams Support P2P lifecycle, supplier onboarding, and invoice processing Translate business requirements into system solutions Integration & Data Management Own integrations across Coupa, NetSuite, and third‑party systems Monitor and troubleshoot integration jobs and data issues Maintain integration documentation and operational runbooks SOX & Compliance Maintain IT and application controls (access, SoD, change management) Support audits with documentation and remediation activities Ensure systems meet SOX and regulatory requirements Manage system updates, enhancements, and releases Support UAT and maintain SOPs and documentation Drive process optimization and automation initiatives Collaborate with Coupa, NetSuite, and integration vendors Coordinate issue resolution and system enhancements Support cross‑functional stakeholder needs #J-18808-Ljbffr Maverick Technology Partners
