New And Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

We are expanding our new and used sales staff at our new facility located in Hamburg, PA. We are seeking experienced new/used vehicle sales consultants who are capable of selling vehicles while maintaining high CSI. We will train the right individual for this position. Annual income range is $40,000-$150,000

After sale F&I product bonuses

New state of the art facility

5 day work week, no Sundays

Duties and responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to follow company processed and procedures
• Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction
• Determine each client's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives)
• Attend sales meetings
• Maintain owner follow-up through our CRM system, encouraging repeat and referral business and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Prospect development and follow-up utilizing our CRM system
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to clients
• Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
• Know and understand equity and values, and be able to explain depreciation to the client
• Introduce clients to service department personnel to emphasize to clients the quality and efficiency of the dealership's service operations

Qualifications:

• Valid PA Driver's License
• Ability to pass background check and attain a PA sales license
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills and positive attitude
• Bi-Lingual Ability (Spanish-English) preferred but not required
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to learn
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
