About the role LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, is a leading HR solutions provider. We specialize in temporary and permanent recruitment across accounting and finance, serving clients from small businesses to Global Fortune 500 companies. What you’ll be doing As a Sales Executive you will be prospecting, cold‑calling, generating new business, cultivating relationships, negotiating, forecasting, managing a territory, and selling staffing solutions. You will partner and strategize with Fortune 500 clients to create the best staffing solutions to advance their organizations. You will participate in a remote Training program that includes group instruction and autonomous assignments. You will receive coaching and guidance from a Training Manager and daily virtual classroom interactions. You will have the option to work from home or in a hybrid model. You will receive managerial and team support while working autonomously and safely from home. About you Bachelor’s degree preferred, or five (5) years professional work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Client sales guru: proficient at cold calling, providing solutions, growing the account, reviewing metrics, and delivering presentations. Productivity expert: manages time, sets priorities, meets deadlines, and handles multiple tasks simultaneously. People champion: builds relationships, interacts positively with all levels of people, and remains current on labor & employment laws. Technologically inclined: proficiently uses Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Skilled communicator: delivers well‑received verbal and written messages in one‑on‑one and group settings.
