Experienced Emergency DVM Opportunity - Live and Work by the Beach! We are looking for an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our busy referral practice in Wilmington, North Carolina. About the Practice Our practice is a rapidly growing emergency program with 7 full‑time emergency veterinarians and a full complement of specialists and support staff. Facility Features 2 digital radiography units Ultrasound In‑house IDEXX laboratory systems 4‑slice GE CT scanner Endoscopy MRI Qualifications 1–2 years of emergency experience or internship training (preferred) Strong desire to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, team‑oriented environment Commitment to delivering excellent patient care and building strong client and RDVM relationships Benefits $160,000 base salary with 25% production, commensurate with experience No negative accrual $3,500 annual continuing education budget Support within the Ethos ER ABVP program 12 days paid time off annually Flexible scheduling and work‑life balance emphasis Location Wilmington, North Carolina – a coastal city with beautiful beaches, a historic district, outdoor recreation, and a strong quality of life.
