Ready to Power a Smarter World with us?SAP Implementation Project Team Lead I is responsible for project management as it relates to implementation and execution of SAP for the designated work stream at assigned Subsidiary locations. Partner with Global Business Process Owner, IT – COE’s and Subsidiary Stakeholders for desired results.**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Project manager for all activities related to implementation of SAP for assigned project/subsidiary locations.* Activities include:* Blueprinting (gathering requirements from the business and identifying GAP’s)* Review and maintain testing scripts for each new subsidiary rollout* Transfer of knowledge to Super User network at subsidiary location* Role Mapping/Security access to SAP* Business Impact Analysis* Monitor project throughout project phases/stage gates, escalate issues to PMO, GBPO or COE as needed* Coordinate communication activities that highlight and publicize plans, goals and results of the SAP project* Involvement with standard or custom report writing using BI in the workstream function, summarizing business and financial data for review by executives, managers and other stakeholders* Assist with annual security and segregation of duties review* Assist with continuous improvement projects identified within own workstream or across other work streams.
