Your impact

• Install and repair commercial door systems with precision.
• Diagnose and fix problems involving springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Fit and adjust hardware: locks, handles, closers, and access control systems.
• Confirm installations align with building codes and safety standards.
• Educate customers, explain options, and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Complete thorough job documentation—service logs, repair notes, and install reports.
• Execute final quality checks to ensure every job meets company benchmarks.

Work hours

Full-time between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with opportunities for overtime and on-call work.

What it takes to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of commercial door service experience is a plus; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Knowledge of door varieties, manufacturers, and hardware is a plus.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; demonstrated safe operation of power tools.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving mindset.
• Accuracy with fractions and tape measure readings for precise installs.
• Customer-focused communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality.
• Commitment to safety practices and regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders to 20’, and work on knees for extended periods.
• Continuous training provided to advance your skills.
