Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based | Full-Time | Capital School District, DE | $57-$60 per Hour Looking for a BCBA role where you can make a meaningful impact while enjoying a consistent school schedule? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team supporting Capital School District for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity serving students with autism and significant behavioral support needs across specialized educational programs. Compensation $57-$60 per hour Full-time hours available Comprehensive benefits package Health & wellness stipend 401(k) retirement plan Position Details Schedule: Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week 7.5 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch Fully onsite position Services provided at Kent County Community School and the Delaware Autism Program What You'll Be Doing Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct behavioral support and consultation services Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Train, coach, and mentor school staff Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as needed Support teachers, administrators, and families with behavior strategies Travel between assigned program sites as needed Student Population Ages 2-22 Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Moderate to severe support needs General Education and Special Education settings Students with Emotional Disturbance (ED) Other Health Impairments (OHI) Medically fragile students Students with a variety of behavioral and developmental needs Qualifications Active BCBA certification required Minimum 1 year of BCBA experience Strong assessment, treatment planning, and collaboration skills Ability to work with diverse student populations and behavioral presentations Preferred Qualifications School-based experience Experience supporting students with moderate to severe behavioral needs Experience working with autism-focused programs Why Join The Stepping Stones Group?
