Signing Bonus

Amount: $1,500 for Dental Assistants with more than 5 years of qualified experience or $1,000 for Dental Assistants with 2-5 years of qualified experience.

Our Signing Bonus is payable in two installments: 50% after 30 days of employment with satisfactory performance, then 50% after 90 days of employment with satisfactory performance.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Responsibilities:

Your Impact

As our Dental Assistant, you'll be the cornerstone of the client experience, ensuring flawless operations and unparalleled care. You will:

• Provide elite chairside support during a wide range of restorative and comprehensive dental procedures
• Fabricate high-quality single and multi-unit temporaries with consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
• Maintain treatment rooms and clinical systems to an impeccable standard
• Capture 2D and 3D radiographs and digital scans with precision
• Anticipate the doctor’s needs and maintain efficient clinical flow throughout procedures
• Ensure every patient experiences exceptional comfort, professionalism, and confidence in their care
• Educate patients clearly on oral health, home care, and post-operative instructions
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols without compromise
• Assist with digital documentation and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure seamless practice operations through inventory management and scheduling

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a dental professional who:

• Has 2+ years of clinical experience
• Holds CDA or EFDA certification
• Excels in client care and team leadership
• Is proficient with dental software and digital radiography
• Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment
