7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. - or longer, until orders are completed

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday - Thursday/Sunday off

Pay is $19 per hour.

The Order Selector will accurately select products from a bin storage system using a voice-command picking system for distribution to Meijer stores across the region.

Working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, this position handles essential tools and equipment like powered hand jacks, tape dispensers, and box cutters. If you thrive in an energetic environment and love being part of a team that keeps things moving, this role is for you!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from bin locations using an automated voice-pick system for streamlined operations.
• Carefully place picked products on pallets to avoid damage and ensure precision in every order.
• Operate powered hand jacks to efficiently transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Properly label and securely wrap outbound pallets for safe and accurate shipment.
• Break down palletized loads quickly and efficiently for easy handling and storage.
• Promptly notify the shift supervisor of any discrepancies between ordered products and what's stored in the bins.
• Uphold a clean and safe work environment with consistent attention to detail.
• Regularly tidy your work area by picking up pallets, plastic, cardboard, and scrap wood, ensuring everything is placed in designated areas.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the team.

Desired Education, Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Warehouse picking/order selection experience preferred
• Interpersonal Communication Proficiency to communicate issues with managers and other team members
• Professional Demeanor in both action and appearance
• Thoroughness and Accuracy in following verbal instruction
• Time Management to maximize productivity
• Ability to read and match numbers

$19 - $19 an hour
