Job Description Saint Luke’s Specialty Clinic in Chillicothe is seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our team. The role requires ensuring patient confidentiality, maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance, and conducting all tasks with care. Shift Details Part Time – Monday to Tuesday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Responsibilities Answers the telephone. Communicates messages via email or Epic. Greets, registers, and schedules patient appointments. Collects patient copayments. Makes appointment reminder calls. Verifies insurance and ensures patient data accuracy. Scans or uploads patient information to the electronic chart. Provides backup for other office functions such as medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient referrals, and floats between multiple locations as assigned.
