Customer Service Associate (CSA)

Position Summary

Driven Car Wash is looking for energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our team. Customer Service Associates play a key role in creating a great experience for our guests by assisting customers, promoting memberships, ensuring safe vehicle loading, and maintaining a clean and welcoming site.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll spend most of your shift interacting with customers and supporting daily site operations. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service.
• Explaining wash packages, membership options, promotions, and the Driven Car Wash mobile app.
• Encouraging membership enrollment, loyalty program participation, and customer reviews.
• Assisting customers with questions and helping resolve concerns.
• Performing quality checks to ensure customers have a positive experience.
• Safely loading vehicles into the wash tunnel and directing traffic flow.
• Rotating between customer service and tunnel operations throughout the day.
• Assisting with vacuum area upkeep, trash removal, and maintaining clean customer spaces.
• Restocking detail carts and other customer amenities.
• Completing lot checks and monitoring site cleanliness and safety.
• Participating in periodic tunnel maintenance, including cleaning tunnel walls, power washing, and trench cleanings.
• Following all company safety policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers.
• Sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout an entire shift.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
