We're looking for an experienced General Manager to drive daily operations, lead a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences at high volume. What You'll Do

Oversee all daily restaurant operations and P&L management
Lead, develop, and retain a strong front-of-house and back-of-house team
Drive food quality, safety standards, and guest satisfaction consistently
Execute company standards while adapting to local market needs
Manage labor, inventory, and profitability targets

What We're Looking For

3+ years managing high-volume restaurant operations
Proven track record with P&L ownership and budget management
Strong people leadership with team-building experience
Knowledge of food safety, health codes, and restaurant compliance
Passion for guest service and continuous operational improvement
