Account Manager - Neurosurgery - (Orange County - California)

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager to drive neurosurgery product sales within an Orange County territory. The role involves strategic account development, 90% operating room presence, and achievement of defined revenue targets through relationship building and clinical consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer accounts and expand existing relationships to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Create and execute formal fiscal year business plans with ongoing territory performance reporting
• Maintain advanced technical and disease state knowledge to provide consultative support in operating room settings
• Identify product improvement opportunities and collaborate with internal teams on market feedback
• Perform sales administrative duties and ensure compliance with corporate policies, AdvaMedCode of Conduct, and Sunshine Act

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum two years of business-to-business sales experience
• Two years of surgical device or medical device sales preferred
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry 65 pounds; physically capable of extended standing
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
• Demonstrated success in sales planning, negotiation, and territory management
