Strategy Manager - Industry Operations - NA Location: New York Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A63316 Responsibilities Formulate customer strategy by conducting industry data analysis, market insights, and research on typical advertisers to identify business and advertising demands across customer segments and drive platform advertising revenue growth. Develop customer advertising solutions, leveraging monetization product logic, branding, influencer, performance, and other commercial products to optimize ad formats, traffic monetization strategies, and improve campaign performance for clients. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, data, middle office, sales, client partners) to identify and resolve implementation bottlenecks, ensuring key projects launch on schedule and achieve desired business results. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the commercialization/advertising industry or vertical consumer‑facing sectors such as e‑commerce, FMCG, apparel, apps, etc. Strong data analysis capabilities, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a logical thinking ability to uncover insights and develop segmented client strategies. Excellent communication, adaptability, and cross‑team collaboration skills. Preferred: IELTS/TOEFL scores. Benefits The base salary range for this position in New York is $108,000 – $168,000 annually. Compensation may be above this range depending on qualifications. Additional discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units may apply.
