Performance Marketing Manager

Owning DX's paid acquisition channels and website conversion engine, the full-time Performance Marketing Manager will develop and execute a paid media strategy to achieve lead generation and revenue targets while optimizing conversion rates across Google and social platforms. Key responsibilities Manage a $600,000+ monthly ad budget, ensuring efficient spend and return on investment Launch and refresh campaigns tied to key marketing moments, optimizing ad creative based on performance data Oversee conversion rate optimization for the website, conducting A/B tests and improving the visitor-to-lead journey Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition in B2B SaaS Hands-on experience managing significant budgets in paid media across Google and LinkedIn Demonstrated experience in conversion rate optimization, including redesigning landing pages and running A/B tests Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign forecasting and scenario modeling Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
