Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician

Pay: $28/hr + 14% shift differential for Shift D (Night shift)
Openings: Shift D – 4 positions

Location: 645 Science Drive Madison WI USA 53711
Position: 12+ Months Contract
Next Start Date: 8/3, with additional starts every 2 weeks
Physical Requirements: Yes

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform cGMP manufacturing of APIs and intermediates as a primary or secondary operator.
• Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment according to established procedures.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, safety protocols, and GMP requirements.
• Handle highly potent and hazardous materials using appropriate PPE and containment procedures.
• Maintain production areas, equipment, and housekeeping standards.
• Complete shift handoffs and communicate production status effectively.
• Identify and address safety or process issues and support audits/inspections.
• Work effectively in a multi-shift, team-based manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences OR High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical, chemical, or related manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and batch records.
• Basic computer, math, and measurement skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable wearing respiratory protection, coveralls, lab coats, and other required PPE.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
