Technical Customer Success Manager

Virtual Vocations Inc

As a Principal Customer Success Manager with a technical focus, the full-time remote position will build strong relationships with high-value accounts, leveraging product knowledge to maximize customer value, drive engagement, and identify upsell opportunities. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure progress on service engagements Conduct regular Business Reviews with customers to assess needs, drive retention, and align on growth strategies Monitor customer usage trends to identify risks and opportunities for increased adoption of solutions Required qualifications 5+ years in customer success, account management, or related fields, with experience in technical solutions Proven experience in identifying upsell opportunities and driving growth within customer accounts Strong technical acumen for delivering product demos and consulting on configurations Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer-centric engagement and collaboration Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
