HVAC EngineerPay Rate: $32-34/HR Hours: M-F 7:30-4:30 Location: 1110 American Parkway, Allentown PAOverview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Multi-tenant class A facility Prefer someone with experience in that environment working with tenants and vendorTeam Overview: 2 other engineers and working for chief engineerResource's typical working day: Mechanical systems Preventative maintenance Inspection OperationMust Have Skills: Experience with chilled water systems Experience with building automation systemsNice to have skills: Refrigerant certification would be a nice to haveYears of Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience Education High School Diploma + experience Trade school Software skills: MS Office SuiteInterview Process: Virtual interview, Onsite with chief engineerSummary: As a HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for complex commercial HVAC systems by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
