Health Unit Coordinator

Mayo Clinic is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to support patient-centered care on our hospital units. In this vital role, you will manage admissions, discharges, and transfers, maintain accurate electronic records, and serve as the communication hub for nurses, physicians, patients, and families. You’ll coordinate schedules, tests, and procedures, answer phones, and ensure unit workflows run smoothly. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you will uphold patient confidentiality, support safety and quality standards, and contribute to Mayo Clinic’s culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous learning.
