Job Location

Position will be located in Tippe.

Compensation

Add the per diem into the bill rate (if per diem is needed).

Onboarding Process

Avetta will be part of the onboarding process.

Immediate Priorities

The role will provide near-term impact through:

• Schedule recovery and acceleration planning
• Re-baselining or restructuring schedules where needed
• Identifying float consumption and recovery scenarios
• Critical path and risk visibility
• Rapid identification of schedule drivers and constraints
• Clear communication of risks and mitigation actions
• Execution alignment
• Aligning engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Coordinating contractor and subcontractor sequencing
• Improved reporting and transparency
• Delivering consistent, reliable schedule updates
• Providing actionable insights to Project Managers

Interim Nature of the Role

This role supports an immediate operational need tied to active project delivery. It is intended to bridge the gap while recruiting a permanent Senior Scheduler. The focus is on execution support rather than long-term process development or organizational build-out.
