Information Technology Project Coordinator

Information Technology Project Coordinator Experis is seeking an experienced coordinator to assist our client with planning and coordinating vendor and staff activities related to a move and space reduction. What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Archives Executive Director on move planning. Coordinate work of vendors involved in the move. Determine equipment to be disposed of, obtain inventory numbers, and pack used equipment for vendors. Remove excess wiring. Coordinate with contracted moving companies. Assist staff with packing and moving their workspaces. Ensure the vacated Indiana facility is returned to the agreed-upon condition. Assist with tape scanning and packing as needed. Communicate effectively with staff and executives. What You'll Need: Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
