Project Manager

Location: Lafayette, IN – Building or Mossville, IL Job Type: Contract Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week Schedule (include days, hours, onsite/hybrid or remote): Onsite Pay Range: $38 to $42 per hour Job Description: Key Responsibilities Support strategy leads with strategic planning, assessments, and recommendations. Analyze business, operational, and program data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities. Perform data mining and extraction using Microsoft Excel and Power BI . Develop Power BI reports and reporting materials to support business decisions. Facilitate planning meetings and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders. Partner with manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, and PMO teams . Support capacity and business planning activities, including changes related to demand, project timelines, supplier capabilities, and operational requirements. Organize and communicate complex technical and business information clearly and concisely. Develop executive-level summaries, presentations, recommendations, and status updates. Maintain strategy and program documentation as business requirements and priorities evolve. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Mechanical or Industrial Technology/Engineering, Technical Communications , or another relevant technical field. 5–7 years of relevant professional experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office , particularly Excel . Hands‑on experience using Power BI to generate reports . Experience analyzing and interpreting business or operational data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills. Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate detailed information concisely to different levels of an organization. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience within a manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain environment . Experience supporting strategic planning, capacity planning, program management, or business planning initiatives. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts. Experience collaborating with leadership and presenting information to managers or senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working across engineering, operations, supply chain, purchasing, or similar technical functions.
