Entry-Level Sales Associate

AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Sales Associate to join our team. This is a customer-facing opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and are interested in developing skills in sales, customer service, communication, and automotive services . No previous sales or automotive experience is required. Training is provided to help you learn our services, understand customer needs, and become confident in the role. As a Sales Associate, you will work directly with customers, explain available auto glass services, assist with scheduling, and provide a professional customer experience. You'll receive guidance and support as you learn the position and take on additional responsibilities. Compensation: $46,000 - $64,000 yearly Qualifications We welcome candidates who are new to the workforce or looking to begin a career in sales or customer service.
