Bridges Housing Liaison — Case Management & Community Support

NewPath is seeking a Liaison for their Bridges Program in Cincinnati to assist young adults in achieving housing goals. The ideal candidate will develop personalized plans and support clients in accessing necessary resources. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and preferred experience in the child welfare system.
