What You'll Actually Be Doing Becoming a trusted ally for youth and families. Helping clients identify goals and create a roadmap to achieve them. Connecting people with resources they didn't know existed. Partnering with schools, providers, community agencies, and support systems. Turning "I don't know what to do" into "I've got a plan." Supporting clients through challenges, setbacks, and victories. Helping youth build skills for independence, education, employment, and everyday success. Coordinating care so everyone stays focused on what matters most—the client. Managing crises with calm, confidence, and compassion. Creating service plans, documenting progress, and keeping everything moving forward. Celebrating wins—big and small. Superpowers We're Looking For You genuinely enjoy helping people.
