Case Manager

Lighthouse Youth & Family Services in Cincinnati, OH seeks a trauma‑informed Case Manager to support youth and families through treatment, advocacy, and community transition. You will work with a collaborative team to ensure client-centered outcomes and coordinated services in the community.
Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Human Services or an HS/Associate with relevant experience, with QMHS and CDCA credentials preferred. Strong writing and computer skills are required.
