Food Service Worker
The AVI Foodsystems operation within the Cleveland Area Schools is now hiring friendly, service-oriented people to join our team. If you have a passion for food and are looking for an opportunity that also provides a great work/life balance, we want to talk with you! This position is on-call as needed filling a Food Service Worker role that will work when staff is needed. A great way to earn extra money. This position will work as needed on-call.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods, and properly stores food, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and spoilage
- Set up stations with entres, soups, salads, breads, condiments, other food products and utensils
- Interact with guests in the serving, retail and dining areas
- Follow proper guest service procedures whenever interacting with others by smiling, making eye contact and greeting guests
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment following all client and regulatory rules and procedures
- Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask when performing duties
- Perform any other duties as specified by management
- Willing to drive to different locations within a 60 minute radius
- No reimbursement for gas, mileage or drive time
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License (a CDL is NOT required) and a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
- Ability to be analytical and organized
