Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Pay Opportunities Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally Communicate recommendations to customers Present repair option or set a tech lead when appropriate Offer memberships, indoor air quality products, and financing options Complete accurate service tickets and documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle Qualifications 5+ Years HVAC Service Experience Preferred Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record Excellent Customer Service Skills Ability to Work Independently EPA Certification Required We Want Technicians Who Show up on time Take care of customers Take pride in their work Want to grow professionally Want to earn more by delivering exceptional service Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Join the One Hour Team!
