Analyst, Digital Deal Management

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assist with creating Customer Notices, EMAs and general Avail Support
• Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
• Deal entry of amendments and ongoing fulfilment of existing deals into company databases
• Clear product for sale
• Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment team
• Ad hoc projects and requests as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business admin preferred
• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of home entertainment content distribution for a studio
• Strong software application skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle large data sets
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, pro-active, and a quick learner
