Job Description Perspective Consulting Group focuses on helping remodeling businesses capture more market share by strengthening their sales processes and systems. Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Analyst role is based in IL. The Business Analyst will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, map current processes, and identify opportunities to improve sales systems and operational performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data and workflows, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting the design and implementation of process improvements. The role will also involve facilitating meetings and workshops, creating presentations and documentation, and ensuring that proposed solutions are practical, measurable, and aligned with client goals. The Business Analyst will collaborate across functional areas to track results, refine methodologies, and help clients build capabilities that support long-term growth. Requirements Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making. Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to gather, document, and translate client needs into clear, actionable specifications. Candidates should possess Business Process skills to map, assess, and optimize workflows, especially in sales and operations environments. Candidates should possess Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, lead discussions, and present findings in a clear, concise manner. Experience working with small or growing businesses, especially in consulting or professional services, is beneficial. Proficiency with common business productivity tools and data analysis software is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
