Finance And Performance Analytics Leader

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• PE Sponsor, Lender & Board Reporting
• KPI Structure and Management
• Executive & Business Partnership
• Organizational Leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA, CPA, or CFA; deep ERP and planning-system expertise (NetSuite, Planful, Prophix, Adaptive, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar); significant prior experience in a PE-backed, roll-up, or platform company strongly preferred, including direct exposure to sponsor/board reporting, lender/credit agreement compliance reporting and multi-entity consolidation from serial acquisitions. Professional services or accounting-industry experience is a plus.
