Director of Sales (Sales) Anchor Paper Company--a 100+ year-old, family-owned and 49% employee-owned (ESOP) organization--is seeking a Director of Sales to lead and develop our sales organization during an exciting period of growth. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving revenue and margin growth, developing sales talent, and expanding our packaging, automation, and service offerings while supporting our legacy paper business. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a tenured sales team (~17 reps) Drive sales strategy, execution, and performance results Recruit, train, and plan succession as senior sales reps approach retirement Partner with Marketing to support growth initiatives Lead or significantly contribute to CRM selection and implementation Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline activity Serve as escalation point for complex customer or vendor situations What We're Looking For Recent, hands‑on experience managing a sizable sales team Required background in distribution, packaging, automation, and/or material handling Proven experience with CRM implementation or optimization Strong leadership, coaching, and relationship‑building skills Strategic mindset with a hands‑on leadership style Why Anchor Paper Competitive compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 Stable, growth‑oriented company with employee ownership Strong culture rooted in integrity, relationships, and longevity High‑impact leadership role with long‑term growth potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Anchor Paper Company in
