Join a leading event rental company that provides tents, tables, chairs, linens, décor, and other specialty rental products for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. We're seeking a Bilingual HR Specialist to support employees and help drive a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do

Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including:

• Posting jobs
• Reviewing resumes
• Scheduling interviews
• Assisting with hiring recommendations

Manage onboarding activities for new hires

Maintain employee files and HR records

Translate written and verbal communications between English and Spanish-speaking employees

Assist with employee relations matters and provide HR support

Support performance management and employee review processes

Administer benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and questions

Help ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

What We're Looking For

Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)

At least 2 years of HR experience or equivalent experience

Strong understanding of HR practices and employee relations

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative

Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and related software

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
