Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, quality-controlled material environment. This position will perform a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving, order picking, packing, sorting, counting, recording inventory, and processing materials on the receiving dock.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations on the receiving dock.
• Count, sort, identify, and record large and heavy-weight stock.
• Pick and pack customer or internal orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with dock processing and receiving activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material records.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and quality requirements.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes loud warehouse environment.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of previous work experience with a strong and consistent work history.
• Warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Safety-focused approach to work.
• Ability to work in both hot and cold environments.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical activities for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly/continuously as required by the role.
• Ability to work in a loud, fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.

Forklift Training Provided

Forklift experience is a plus; however, new hires are required to complete forklift training before they are permitted to operate powered industrial equipment. This training could take 6 months or longer. Prior forklift experience does not eliminate this requirement.

Physical & Work Environment

This is a physically demanding warehouse position. The successful candidate must be comfortable with:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Reaching, bending, lifting, and handling materials.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly/continuously.
• Working around large and heavy materials.
• Working in hot and cold warehouse conditions.
• Working in a loud environment.
• Working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Schedule:

• 4-day schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• OR 5-day schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
