Product Designer

Responsibilities We are seeking an exceptional Product Designer to join our Financial Incentives team This role will report to the Head of Product Design In this role, you’ll work across the user facing experiences and internal tools that power the claims and payments engine behind our product You’ll collaborate closely with product, engineering, operations, and research teams to design tools that are effective, scalable, and impactful—for both our members and our internal stakeholders Own design projects end-to-end, from discovery and concepting through to launch with our Financial Incentives Team Design internal tools and user-facing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve high-impact problems in payments, claims, and eligibility Lead and participate in user research efforts to bring user insights into every stage of the design process Translate complex workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences that improve efficiency for internal teams and delight our members Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape roadmaps, define problem spaces, and advocate for thoughtful design solutions Contribute to and evolve our design system and component libraries Communicate design rationale clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the organization Benefits Flexible PTO Garner for Garner (employees enrolled in a Garner medical plan gain access to the Garner benefit to find Top Providers and get reimbursed for eligible expenses) Hybrid and remote work Team meets twice each year to spark innovation and foster belonging Variety of social programs beyond work hours Equal paid parental leave (12 weeks) following the birth, adoption or placement of a child 401(k) plan with a 2% company match and immediate vesting Other financial benefits such as Flexible Spending Accounts and mortgage assistance Qualifications A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure success Strong product thinking and systems-level problem-solving skills Experience with end-to-end design, from ideation and research through to polished UI and implementation support A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback A self-starting, humble mindset—you seek out feedback, challenge assumptions, and iterate based on real-world evidence 2–3+ years of experience designing digital products—ideally across both internal tools and consumer-facing applications A clean and modern aesthetic sensibility—you design for clarity, simplicity, and delight Experience working in a rapidly evolving startup environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re able to synthesize feedback and advocate for users Comfort working with component libraries, design systems, and prototyping tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
