Key Holder: Retail Sales Leader (Big & Tall)

DXL Group in New York is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is dedicated to delivering an unmatched guest experience and coaching teammates to achieve their goals in a fast-paced environment.
The role emphasizes building long-term relationships, product knowledge across private labels and brands, and coaching on selling skills and store operations.
We offer internal development, stand-alone stores with early closing at 7pm, and quarterly bonuses for the entire team.
