Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry, Concord, NH. This travel assignment begins 10/05/2026 for 15 weeks in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $644 to $680 per week with guaranteed 12 hours per week. Shift: 12-hour days, 12x1 rotation.

Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry and step-down patients, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to abnormal rhythms
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform ongoing patient assessments per protocol
- Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the broader care team to plan and adjust patient care
- Document care accurately in the Cerner EMR; ensure timely charting and adherence to unit protocols
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and compliance with clinical guidelines during care transitions
- Respond to emergent events and code alerts following established procedures

Requirements
- Active New Hampshire or compact state RN license; Nursys license verification required
- RTO (return-to-office) requested must be included at submission; NHISS required prior to start
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred; must complete a dysrhythmia examination during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
- 2+ years of Telemetry/Stepdown experience; 1-2 years of Med-Surg experience minimum; ability to float to regional facilities as needed
- EMR experience preferred: Cerner (experience not required but preferred)
- Must be able to meet pre-employment onboarding requirements and work in a hospital Telemetry/Stepdown setting
