Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry in Concord, New Hampshire. This travel assignment starts on 10/19/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,056 to $2,125. Shift is 12-hour days (3x12). Settings involve hospital-based care with potential cross-facility coverage as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to telemetry patients, including monitoring cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and patient status
- Recognize and respond to abnormal telemetry alarms and clinical changes per policy; escalate as required
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders; ensure accurate documentation
- Perform timely patient assessments, update care plans, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team
- Document care in the electronic medical record; participate in patient education and discharge planning
- Maintain unit safety, infection control standards, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

Requirements
- Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Nursys verification of licenses
- Minimum 1–2 years of Med-Surg experience; willingness to work in Telemetry; open to Critical Care RNs who are fluent with Med-Surg ratios and acuity
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS needed prior to start
- Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%
- RTO must be included at time of submission
- EMR experience preferred, Cerner experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a hospital environment, 12-hour shifts, and to float to regional facilities as needed
