Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job

Overview
Registered Nurse, Telemetry (Tele) – Concord, New Hampshire travel assignment. Start date 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,059 to $2,129. Shift: 12-hour days, 12x. Hospital setting with a travel assignment structure. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. This position may involve floating to regional facilities within New Hampshire as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult telemetry and medical-surgical patients, using evidence-based nursing practice.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms, interpret telemetry data, and respond to dysrhythmias per established protocols.
- Administer medications and IV therapies, manage lines and drains, and document care in the electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, safety, discharge planning, and patient education.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are consistently applied; participate in unit-based quality and performance improvement activities.
- May float to related units within the region to meet patient care needs; complete onboarding assessments, including a dysrhythmia exam with an expected score around 80%.

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state at time of submission; Nursys license verification required for all active RN licenses
- RTO (Requests for Time Off) must be included at time of submission
- Current BLS required; ACLS required; NHISS certification needed prior to start
- Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding; preferred score 80%
- 1–2 years minimum Med-Surg and telemetry experience; Critical Care RNs with med-surg acuity experience may be considered
- EMR experience preferred (Cerner highly preferred but not required)
- Ability to work the listed shift and to float to regional facilities as needed
