Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Manager Location : Modesto, CA Pay : Based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00AM-2:30PM Employnet is seeking a Maintenance Manager for an almond processing facility in Modesto, CA. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring production equipment is operating efficiently and safely. Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance operations within the facility Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Coordinate repairs and minimize equipment downtime Supervise and support maintenance personnel as needed Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and parts inventory Ensure compliance with company safety policies and food production standards Work closely with production teams to support operational goals Qualifications: 1-5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, food processing, agriculture, or related industry Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and troubleshooting Experience working with conveyors, motors, pumps, and processing equipment Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required Preferred Qualifications: Experience in almond, nut, or food processing industry PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards preferred Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Comfortable working in a production environment with varying temperatures and dust conditions #J-18808-Ljbffr
